I’ve been training with Seyda since mid August 2022. She came highly recommended by my chiropractor when I told him I was looking for a personal trainer. I had recently found out I had lumbar scoliosis and some pinched and inflamed vertebrae that were causing considerable weakness and pain throughout my right lower body. I desired to begin core strengthening as well as strength training for the right side but for my body overall. My desire is for lifelong mobility and strength.
Seyda has been so helpful in discerning and observation to customize my training with flexibility to what is going on in my body. Her ability to adapt the training week to week enables me to keep going forward while being watchful in what that looks like. It takes a highly skilled trainer to have that level of confidence and training. She is always learning! If she doesn’t know something she will find out.

I’ve trained with Seyda for a long time, around 8 years! There are a million fitness and training options out there, so why have I invested in Seyda all these years? Because she invests in me. Seyda takes the time to listen to me and plans individualized workouts around my issues or goals. She’s observant and knowledgeable. If she sees something isn’t working during our session, she’s quick to modify the move. I also love her creativity. Our workouts are never the same, so I’m continually challenged and engaged.
She encourages me to test my perceived physical limitations in ways I would never do if I was going to a gym by myself. In 3 short months, Seyda Price got my butt in work out mode, helping me lose 30 pounds.
After my second child I was extremely overweight. I have never been one to workout in a gym, let alone wake up at 5 am to do so, but that’s exactly what she got me to do!
It was hard at first, but Seyda was so encouraging and held me accountable.
In just 3 months I lost 5 inches in my hips, 4 inches in my waist and over 3 inches in my legs.
Once I gained the tools I needed to be successful in the gym, I have gone on to lose ANOTHER 45 pounds and keep it off for the last 2 years.
She also taught me the correct forms of how to workout properly. When I went to the gym with my friend I actually got complimented on having the correct form on lifting weights and exercises and I know that is because she taught me all of that.
I highly recommend Seyda as a personal trainer, since we have trained together I have completely turned my health and nutrition around and now I LOVE working out!

I’ve trained with Seyda for 7 years, off and on, throughout the waves of life! I started with her as a Master Trainer for a well-known US gym, and we’ve continued through virtual training, as she’s no longer there & I’ve since relocated.
From the start, Seyda and I connect on many levels, including our tenacity at life and (now) are both toddler mommas. Seyda is extremely passionate about what she does. Her dedication, professionalism, ever-growing (very intentionally) knowledge base, and wide range of clientele attest to this.
Seyda has taught me (and continually expounds upon/reiterates in fresh, new, and relatable ways!) the significance of cherishing a healthy lifestyle including fitness and proper nutrition. Not only did Seyda produce phenomenal results for me our first year together (25 pounds lost, 10% body fat, and dropped 4 pants sizes), but over the years, as life has progressed (motherhood!), I gained 60 lbs over my pregnancy, but since then with Seyda’s help I lost that, and most importantly, no longer do I feel ashamed of my body, as can often happen after childbirth!
